Ten products, conceived and built by one founder.
McGrath Works was founded by Stephen McGrath to bring together the digital products he has conceived and built independently.
Stephen’s background is in recruitment, talent acquisition and recruitment technology. Several products began with problems he encountered directly through that work. Others came from frustrations with existing consumer services and personal experiences.
Rather than leaving the ideas as presentations or plans, Stephen developed them into live products and working MVPs. He has led the research, product thinking, design direction, development, testing, branding, launch work and early commercial activity across the portfolio.
McGrath Works now represents the next stage: bringing those products together, selecting the strongest opportunities and finding the right partners to help turn them into sustainable businesses.

Every product presented here was conceived, created and built by Stephen McGrath. Nine are wholly owned by Stephen and are being brought together under McGrath Works. lunaMIND is an associated venture with its own company and existing investors, whose shareholding relates to lunaMIND only.
